Companion Care Needed - Care.com : Job Details

We are seeking care and companionship for my mom, 65 female, who is currently living in a skilled nursing facility.Although the facility helps meet her basic needs, she is fully disabled and needs extra support. The carer would help her make phone calls, use her TV and iPad, eat snacks, ensure she drinks enough water, take her out for walks or to lunch, help to access the facility's staff where appropriate, and provide companionship. She has some trouble speaking and hearing, so we are looking for someone who is patient, a good listener, polite, and speaks English well.We are looking for someone to be available 6 hours a day Saturdays and Sundays, ideally 10-4 but time can be flexible.
