Companion Care Needed - Care.com : Job Details

I need senior care provider with experience for my 93 y/o father. Primary to assist with bathing, dressing and Mobility Assistance,, Transportation. Assistance . Duties include transportation doctor's appointments, when I'm not available. Must like dogs, small friendly. Non smoking house, please no smokers. If you can kindly respond with your required hours.
