Companion Care Needed - Care.com : Job Details

We need live-in home care to take care of my parents in Milford. They currently have an aide from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. every day but are in need of 24-hour care. My mother had a stroke last year and has some paralysis. She needs help with dressing and bathing. My father is more self-sufficient but has a heart condition and is in declining health. He can no longer help with my mother's care. Both parents need help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication administration. We prefer a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. Our live-in caregiver will have a private bedroom and full bathroom. We have back-up aides who can cover days off.
