About who needs care: Bed bound ALS patient. Cannot move anything. Care giver may need to feed, give water, adjust bed, change TV channel, change diaper, provide medication. Patient is on hospice and her live in care give (daughter) needs a break.About the care needs: Companionate. Not loud or push. The Patient's wants go first above what caregiver might think she needs.The house is not in great condition and there is the smell of cigarettes.Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
