Companion Care Needed - Care.com : Job Details

I need a care provider to assist my mom who is recovering from stroke and is currently bed bound. Our care concerns are: Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Heavy Lifting, Transportation. Some help needed with bathing and diaper changing. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.).
