Compac Operator - Wonderful Citrus - The Wonderful Company : Job Details

This position will be responsible for the complete operation, troubleshooting and repair in their designated area. Here's What You'll Do:Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Responsible for the setup and safe operation of the equipment. Perform all necessary pre-start checks, general equipment repairs, preventive maintenance; cleaning, proper shutdown procedures and troubleshoot to assure accuracy of equipment. Calibrate unit on a regular basis to ensure proper performance. Complete downtime tracking documentation. Maintain daily operator log book to document observations, machine adjustments, etc. Monitor fruit samples for quality, size, grade and identify when adjustments are necessary. Maintain all electronic and hardware in clean and good operation conditions. Facilitate training on all equipment. Communicate with team members all vital information necessary to successfully execute our company and mission goals but not losing sight of employee and food safety.
