LSSI is hiring a full-time CST Supervisor. Supervise and coordinate case management services in the CST program, provide clinical supervision to staff, conduct weekly staff meetings, and complete necessary compliance and monitoring activities and reports.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide direct supervision, training, and support to assigned staff, including Counselor/Case Managers, CRSS/Peer Supports, LPN/RN, Therapist, and others.
  • Review documentation to ensure compliance with Medicaid/Rule 140 and CCMTP standards/requirements, including EHR documentation.
  • Complete all documentation per Rule 140 requirements, including IMCANS and Addendums, and ensure chart compliance.
  • Conduct weekly staff meetings and coordinate weekly schedule with APN/Psychiatrist.
  • Meet reporting, productivity, compliance, and service deliverable requirements identified by LSSI, DHS, DMH, Rule 140, and the Colbert and Williams Consent Decrees.
  • Train new staff to ensure proficiency in service delivery, comprehension of and compliance with Rule 140 and accreditation and licensure standards, and proficiency with EHR.
  • Ensure MCO authorizations are received and maintained in order to cover provided services.
  • Adhere to ethical standards of treatment, including the NASW Code of Ethics.

Position Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a social service field is required.
  • LCSW/LCPC is preferred.
  • Proficiency in EHR documentation and review.
  • Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards.
  • 2-4 years of clinical experience with increasing levels of responsibility preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and PC/computer skills (including proficiency with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) along with other related software.
  • Access to reliable transportation. Transport self to/from office as needed, transport clients to/from appointments as needed, comply with traffic laws/regulations, strong commitment to safety, good navigational skills.
  • Valid Driver's License in good standing for the state of residency and insurance. Valid Illinois statutory and liability insurance coverage is required.
