Community Support Specialist - BrightSpring Health Services : Job Details

Provide home base case management services. Provide Parenting Education. Understand and implement evidenced based moralities. Complete Casework Plan, weekly case notes, and monthly progress reports. Attend Supervision/ Staffing bi-weekly. Facilitate and supervise family visitations. Assess family functioning and parent skills. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related human service field required. Previous experience preferred. Valid Driver's License in good standing and reliable transportation & auto insurance that complies with state law.
