As a Community Support Specialist, you'll help clients adapt to living independently in their communities by developing personalized support plans tailored to their goals and needs. Using evidence-based techniques such as Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, and CBT/DBT skills, you'll provide behavioral interventions, connect clients with local resources, and collaborate with other providers to ensure comprehensive care.
