Community Specialist – Creator Marketplace

Are you passionate about empowering creators and helping independent talent thrive? We're looking for a Community Specialist to support and grow a dynamic global marketplace that connects storytellers, producers, and rights holders in the audiobook industry.

In this role, you'll work cross-functionally to shape the experience of a diverse and fast-growing creator community. You'll help maintain and evolve the programs, policies, and resources that fuel the success of indie audiobook creators, while acting as a key liaison between the community and internal teams.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate tasks, meetings, and projects across a dedicated creator relations team
• Support the development and documentation of creator-focused programs and policies
• Assist with community outreach campaigns, including email communications and event logistics
• Analyze community data and trends to inform business decisions and product improvements
• Represent the creator platform at industry events and conferences (occasional travel)
• Serve as the community's voice to stakeholders in Product, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and more

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Publishing, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience supporting creators, publishers, or literary/media talent (audio, TV, film, or music)
• Excellent organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Comfortable using tools like Excel and PowerPoint to track and present insights
• Up to date on creator economy trends and passionate about online communities
• Known for your empathy, adaptability, and “get-it-done” attitude
