Community Services Coordinator - Episcopal SeniorLife Communities : Job Details

The Community Service Coordinator performs QA investigations, maintains incident databases, and clerical duties related to quality assurance and audits for Service Coordination and for the Vice President of Community Services. Starting Rate of Pay: $18.25/hour (based on years of experience)ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Conduct Quality Assurance Investigations including, but not limited to, Internal Recordable Incidents and Serious Reportable Incidents. Call and schedule interviews for applicable investigations. Ensure all complaints and resolutions for the agency are documented on the Complaint Log within 14 days. Prepare and send Quality Assurance Waiver Services Department specific satisfaction surveys annually and perform data collection with analysis. Prepare and file Serious Reportable Incidents (SR - Is), including during non-business hours, as applicable. Collect and analyze data for quarterly reporting to various departments/external offices.
