Community Service Advisor - NorthStar Memorial Group : Job Details

Community Engagement & Partnerships Foster relationships with local groups (churches, civic organizations, veteran associations, hospices, senior living communities) to educate and support families in their preplanning decisions. Schedule and conduct engaging pre-planning seminars. Sales & Customer Outreach Set appointments, deliver impactful presentations, and offer professional park tours. Connect with new and existing customers to explain tailored services and products. Prospecting & Sales Strategies Prospect daily by leveraging multiple channels, such as cold calling, door-to-door outreach, mailers, seminars, community events, web leads, and record reviews. Schedule 10 12 pre-need appointments each week and track all activities in the CRM. Customer Service & Inquiry Response Provide exceptional service with a positive, proactive attitude going above and beyond for every family.
