Community Sales Specialist - Resort Lifestyle Communities : Job Details

Actively support and execute a strategic sales plan in collaboration with the Directors of Field Operations, Community Managers, and Senior Living Sales Consultant. Continuously achieve and exceed sales goals in the form of occupancy and waitlist growth. Engage in meaningful conversations through phone calls or home visits with prospective residents to understand their needs and address any concerns. Demonstrate flexibility in your schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays to support special events, seminars, and meetings with prospective residents. Qualifications:A degree in Business, with a focus on Marketing (Associates or Bachelor's), preferred. A solid track record with 3-5 years of experience in Independent Senior Living Sales.
