The Cordillera Metro District (CMD) is seeking personable, decisive, and responsible customer service enthusiasts to join our Community Safety team. Full-time and Part-time positions are available. Evenings (2 pm - 11 pm) and Overnights (9 pm-7am). Beyond possessing the technical skills and experience required for this position, the ideal candidate for this role embodies personal responsibility, has a problem-solving approach, and is patient and friendly, while motivating others on the team to foster a cohesive and positive work environment. The Community Safety Department provides services to ensure the safety and security of Cordillera residents, visitors, and employees. The team maintains and operates two gatehouses that welcome guests and property owners, as well as controlling access to the community. The Cordillera Metro District's Community Operations Department is responsible for maintaining more than 40 miles of paved roads, lighting and signage, road fencing, landscaping, and snow plowing during the winter.
