In this administrative, service-focused role, you'll support patients and community members by helping them find and connect with trusted resources throughout Central Maine.
Job DescriptionAbout the Role: As a Community Resource Navigator, you'll listen and respond to the needs of patients and community membersguiding them to helpful programs and services across the continuum of care. This position promotes the health and wellbeing of our community by connecting people with the programs of the Peter Alfond Prevention & Healthy Living Center.
