Community Relations/Outreach Specialist (Part-Time) - The Fountain Group : Job Details

Hello, My name is Ana, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Community Relations/Outreach Specialist (Part-Time) for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Marlborough, MA (HYBRID). Details for the position are as follows: Contract role of 1-year, possible extensions. Pay range is $38-40/hr. Part Time role. Will work 20-30 hours a week.Schedule will be Monday through Thursday 9am - 3pm. Tuesday and Wednesday in office.Job Description: Support Associates and teams who are interested in volunteering with our nonprofit partners, and manage the tracking of volunteer projects. Support the execution of onsite volunteer events on a quarterly basis and, as needed. Manage Associate engagement for TJX external sponsored events e.g. walks, runs, corporate kickball games etc. Manage the tracking of volunteer data, including t-shirt orders, feedback, and event photos. Provide volunteer insights for impact reports. Research and share upcoming events with nonprofit and museum partners.Qualifications: Ideal candidate is very good at both managing ever-shifting priorities and doing the detail work to ensure that every task is completed on time and of the highest quality. Familiarity with community volunteerism and nonprofit sector - is a huge plus! Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
