Title: Community Manager
Location: San Clemente, CA (Remote)

Medical Device Company is seeking a Community Manager to join their team!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Track brand presence across web articles, review platforms, professional forums, Q&A sites, and online retailers; compile weekly pulse reports highlighting wins, risks, and competitive intel.
- Manage and optimize brand-protection tools to quickly identify misuse or infringement.
- Draft and publish brand-right responses to questions, reviews, and user-generated content—collaborating with Clinical and Legal/Regulatory as needed.
- Proactively engage with physicians and patients in relevant digital communities to clarify science, correct misinformation, and reinforce client's positioning.
- Escalate sensitive issues or adverse events through proper internal channels while ensuring timely external follow-up.
- Support the sales team by providing product knowledge and training materials.
- Enforce brand voice, visual identity, and compliance (e.g., no “tightening” claims).
- Audit websites, distributor portals, e-commerce listings, trade-show signage, and third-party material, flag inconsistencies and drive corrections.
- Maintain a living Brand Toolkit—logo files, fonts, color palette, messaging matrix, and approved before/after library.
- Assist in developing high-impact assets: sales decks, one-pagers, product brochures, trade-show panels, event flyers, training guides, email headers, and clinical data visuals.
- Translate scientific content into clear, on-brand graphics and copy in partnership with Product Marketing, Clinical, and Regulatory teams.
- Build and continuously update presentations, comparison sheets, and objection-handling tools that help reps position against competitors.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person training sessions; supply field teams with ready-to-use assets and messaging.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–5 years in brand coordination, product marketing, or marketing communications within aesthetics, medical device, beauty, or another regulated consumer-health category.
- Meticulous eye for detail and consistency—able to spot an off-brand color or claim instantly.
- Strong project-management skills; comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Proven collaborator with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, and executive leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Willingness to travel up to 20?% for trade shows, photo shoots, and customer events.
