Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily operations, ensuring smooth management of leasing, maintenance, and resident servicesMarket and lease available apartments in full compliance with Fair Housing lawsPre-lease units and maintain a working waitlist of prospective residentsCollect rent, late fees, and deposits using OneSite softwareScreen and qualify prospective residents and oversee the move-in processManage property budgets, expenditures, and service contractsOversee property maintenance, renovations, and general upkeepMaintain comprehensive unit and resident files, including communications, work orders, and leasing documentsProvide regular updates and strategic insights to the Regional DirectorBuild strong relationships with residents and resolve concerns in a timely, courteous mannerEnsure compliance with LIHTC guidelines and all regulatory requirements•What We're Looking For2-5 years of property management experience (multi-family required; affordable housing preferred)LIHTC experience requiredStrong background in team leadership, leasing, and financial managementProficiency in Microsoft Office; OneSite experience strongly preferredExcellent problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to lead with empathy while maintaining community standardsPositive, team-oriented, and professional demeanor Ready to Join Our Growing Team?If you're a passionate property management leader with tax credit experience looking for your next challenge, we want to hear from you!
