JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Community Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all on-site operations, team members, and resources to ensure ongoing performance of the community. This role focuses on achieving financial and operational objectives while delivering exceptional service to prospective and current residents. The Community Manager ensures full compliance with Greystar policies and procedures, as well as applicable federal, state, and local laws—including Fair Housing, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). This position plays a key role in establishing the community's culture, driving leasing velocity, and building a strong foundation for long-term success.The Community Manager plays a vital leadership role in managing an Active Adult community. This position is responsible for coordinating team members, overseeing daily operations, and optimizing leasing performance to achieve financial and operational goals. The manager will ensure a high standard of service tailored to the lifestyle and expectations of our 55+ residents, while maintaining full compliance with Greystar policies and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations—including Fair Housing, ADA, and FCRA guidelines. Additional Compensation:
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
Corporate Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participateina quarterly or annual bonus program based onindividual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participatein weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
