Community Health Specialist - Chestnut Health Systems : Job Details

Teach evidence-based substance use prevention in person to students in Madison and St. Clair Counties in Illinois. Share information about local resources. Provide community education and awareness about substance use. Collect and analyze data. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in education, public health, or a behavioral health-related field plus minimum 2 years' experience OR Masters degree in BH-related field. Intermediate Microsoft Office, Zoom, and online reporting software skills. Public speaking experience. Excellent organizational and verbal and written communication skills. Valid drivers' license and private auto insurance. Must be insurable. Ability to travel to schools and other locations in the site plan area. Must have home internet connection. Must be able to obtain DCFS CANTS Child Abuse Clearance.
