About the Role

Were looking for a culturally fluent, hyper-organized Community & Events Manager to lead BNTOs offline experiences and community-building strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and executionsomeone who can throw a killer event, build lasting relationships, and translate IRL energy into brand loyalty and digital buzz.

Youll be responsible for planning and executing all in-person activations and nurturing the BNTO community both locally and nationally. Youll also work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and partnerships to ensure every touchpoint reflects our brand DNA and drives engagement.

Your Duties & Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead our IRL experiences: Plan, produce, and execute monthly community eventsfrom member meetups and panels to brand pop-ups, influencer previews, and local activations.
  • Build and grow community: Cultivate relationships with renters, creators, influencers, and brand fans to fuel loyalty, word-of-mouth, and platform love.
  • Activate partnerships: Collaborate with aligned brands, venues, and creators on co-hosted events, brand experiences, and content extensions.
  • Bridge online + offline: Work with social and content to translate IRL moments into digital engagement, buzz, and storytelling.
  • Measure success: Set KPIs for events and community initiatives; report on performance, learnings, and areas to scale.

Your Experience and Skills include:

  • 3 to 8 years of experience in events, community, experiential marketing, or brand partnerships (fashion, lifestyle, or startup experience a major plus)
  • Ability to juggle multiple timelines, vendors, and moving parts without missing a beat. You can be nimble and scrappy when needed.
  • Youre a people person youre confident connecting with creators, customers, coworkers and partners, both online and in person.
  • You have a strong aesthetic sense and instinct for whats on-brand and culturally relevant
  • You are tapped into Gen Z and Millennial trends, local creators, and whats buzzing on social
  • You take initiative, move quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Passionate about fashion, community, and sustainable practices that challenge the status quo
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally, including the ability to drive and/or rent a car.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; can patiently and effectively communicate with others, all while continuing to be a beacon of our company values.
  • You believe that feedback is a gift; you can receive and grow from feedback, and you can thoughtfully and appropriately provide feedback to others as needed.

  • Ability to help set up, facilitate and take down events if needed. This includes the ability to lift between 15 and 50 pounds at a time, to stand for long periods of time, and to push/pull, walk, and occasionally bend, stop, crawl or reach above shoulders or to kneel
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office programs, and other project management platforms.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The pay range is $80,000 - $150,000, with the higher end of the band being reserved for candidates with steep, senior experience. Final compensation, level and job title will be determined by relevant factors such as experience, skill sets and location.
  • This position may be a contract-to-hire relationship.
