The Community Engagement Coordinator plays a vital role in fostering employee sentiment and retention by leading and expanding our Community Engagement initiatives at our Philadelphia Home Office. This position is responsible for organizing and executing events, supporting employee resource groups (ER - Gs), managing volunteer opportunities, and contributing to internal communications. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong organizational skills and a passion for building community. Role Responsibilities Research, pitch, and execute employee-centric events that reflect the URBN Community spirit Attend Navy Yard Engagement Committee Meetings and bring Navy Yard-sponsored events to URBN employees Act as POC for URBN charitble partners and ensure our portfolio of partners remains diverse.
