Role Overview: The Community Employment Specialist works independently, making decisions and recommendations for customer referrals and services based on established federal and state guidelines and agency policy. Your work applies standard procedures and techniques to develop knowledge and relationships to advise customers on WorkOne services. You will need to evaluate skill sets, investigate appropriate referrals and services, and create individualized plans for each customer. You will work with complex variables that change continuously due to customer needs.
Salary Statement: The salary for this position traditionally starts at $42,900.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience.
