Complete all required documentation accurately, thoroughly, and timely. Contribute to case files to ensure their compliance with CARF and other regulatory bodies standards. Collect required outcome data and analyze to determine success of program. Conduct focus groups and satisfaction surveys with employers regarding their satisfaction with participation as a work experience site. Provide consultation, guidance, and disability awareness training to employers and educational program representatives to foster positive partnerships. Participate in Person-Centered Planning (PCP) process and other meetings pertaining to the participants outcomes and support activities.
