Licensed candidates must be energetic, dedicated, with strong organizational and communication skills. You will be responsible for all aspects of association management, with a minimum of 5 years management experience, and able to communicate effectively with the board and lead staff.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate projects, contractors, and vendors
- Negotiate and monitor contracts, supervise purchasing, and approve accounts payable
- Communicate effectively with the board and residents
- Provide management reports and track project progress
- Supervise maintenance, groundskeeping, and office staff
- Conduct weekly property inspections
- Organize and attend monthly board meetings, annual budgets
- Transcribe meeting minutes
- Assist in budget preparation and implementation
- Solicit and evaluate bids
- Enforce rules and regulations
- Oversee maintenance activities and work orders
- Review applications and background checks
- Understand condominium documents and financials
- Handle permits, licenses, violations with the city
- Monitor delinquencies, communicate with attorneys
- Address tenant and owner issues, review accounts
- Perform administrative tasks
- On-call 24/7 for emergencies
- Experience with 40-year recertification and concrete renovation
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Proficient with Word, Excel, MS Office, TOPS software
- Project management experience is a plus
