*Job Title Communities in Schools - Communities in School Site Manager*Job Type Certified - Position - OtherJob Type DescriptionThe Communities in Schools - Site Manager is responsible for the overall program management of the assigned CIS site. The Site Manager will use the CIS Model to identify and access the needs of at-risk youth, while coordinating human service partnerships to delivered required services.Roles & Responsibilities
  • Create a new or designate an existing school support team to implement all components of the CIS Model (needs assessment, planning, site coordination, integrated student supports, case management).
  • Facilitate the annual needs assessment process including all data required for the CIS Model.
  • Develop and implement the CIS school support plan, ensuring its alignment with the school's strategic plan goals.
  • Support and coordinate the delivery of supports aligned with needs and goals that are based on best proactive and risk factor research.
  • Case manage referred students.
  • Monitor and adjust services to maximize effectiveness and impact.
  • Use the CIS Data Management system to capture data and ensure fidelity to the CIS Model.
  • Provide school, district, and WV Department of Education leadership required reports.
  • Provide ongoing feedback for quality improvement.
  • Attend regional and state trainings as necessary.
Salary SchedulePosition is 200 days annually through the life of the grant. Pay schedule is according to the Berkeley County Schools' Teacher Pay Scale based on degree level and verified years of experience. *This position is grant funded and only guaranteed through the 2023-2024 school year.
