Job Title: Communications Lead

Objectives / Purpose
- Develop and implement the Global Procurement Communications Strategy
- Lead C-level communications, including TET & BRC presentations
- Manage internal communications across various channels and platforms (e.g. SharePoint, Viva Engage, videos, digital signage)
- Coordinate and deliver consistent messaging globally, aligned with strategic procurement initiatives
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee content and delivery of communications including:
- Procurement Pulse (quarterly newsletter)
- Updates & Resources memo (twice-monthly)
- Viva Engage summaries (monthly)
- Provide communication strategy and counsel to senior procurement leadership
- Manage full lifecycle of Global Procurement Town Halls
- Craft content for external speaking engagements
- Develop and track communications metrics to measure impact
- Enhance onboarding experience for new employees and new Chief Procurement Officer
- Champion and implement AI tools to improve communication efficiency and engagement
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field required
- Master's degree preferred
- Experience:
- 10+ years in communications, ideally in pharma, biotech, or healthcare
- Experience working with senior leadership (C-level)
- Skills:
- Exceptional writing and presentation (PowerPoint) skills
- Strong change management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Strategic thinker with operational execution skills
- Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint
- Ability to work effectively across time zones and a matrix environment
