Communications & Marketing Manager - L+M Development Partners : Job Details

• Own communications and marketing for a portfolio of projects, ensuring brand consistency
• Coordinate project-based campaigns and marketing deliverables in partnership with the Senior Specialist
• Support press outreach, review embargoed materials and coordinate with teams to provide background information
• Manage and publish monthly social media calendars (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
• Track basic performance metrics (engagement, traffic) and report insights to the Director
• Update website content through the CMS and monitor site performance
• Draft and edit copy for digital channels, presentations and collateral
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and voice

• 46 years of experience in communications, content strategy and / or marketing
• Strong writing, editing and creative concept development skills
• Familiarity with social media management tools, CMS platforms and basic analytics
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and collaborating across teams
• Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field
