Job Description

E. Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Communications Manager to serve as a senior leader responsible for shaping, directing, and delivering high-impact strategic communications for public and private sector clients. This senior management role requires extensive experience in client-facing communications, leadership of cross-functional teams, and the development of strategic initiatives that support business growth and community engagement. The ideal candidate brings a strong consulting background, a strategic mindset, and demonstrated experience managing enterprise-level communications programs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as a senior advisor to internal teams and external clients on communications strategy and implementation.
  • Lead, manage, and grow a team of communications professionals, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.
  • Oversee complex communications projects including branding, campaigns, media relations, digital strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and manage integrated marketing plans and performance metrics for key initiatives.
  • Act as a strategic partner in business development, contributing to proposals, pitch decks, and market positioning.
  • Deliver executive-level messaging, including talking points, speeches, and thought leadership content.
  • Lead responses to RFIs/RFPs and serve as primary communications lead for strategic pursuits.
  • Advance internal best practices in communications, marketing, and community engagement.
  • Provide high-level quality control for deliverables and oversee client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
  • Strong background in consulting and experience working with executive-level clients.
  • Expertise in branding, media relations, digital engagement, and strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing staff performance.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and social/digital media platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions.
