Communications Clerk - Telecommunications - Full Time - Guthrie Healthcare : Job Details

Provide the highest quality patient care consistent with Guthries Vision of Improving Health through Excellence and Compassion; Every Patient, Every Time. As a point of contact for most patients, will handle all incoming and outgoing calls and provides direct, daily operational support in a manner consistent with Guthrie Medical Groups Service Excellence Standards. This position requires the ability to be self-motivated, flexible, punctual, detail oriented, have good time management skills, and have excellent communication skills. Education, License & Cert: High School Grad or Equivalent required. Experience: Prior call center experience in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes preferred. Training on console provided at time of hire. Must have knowledge of all areas of medical center and organizational data on same. Essential Functions: 1. Operates telephone system. 2.
