Energy Transfer, a leading U.S. midstream company, seeks a bilingual communications professional with Latin America experience to lead the region's communications programs and campaigns. Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience, with agency experience being a plus.
The role is based in Dallas with regular travel to Latin America. The successful candidate will join an in-house Communications Team of nine and will be responsible for establishing the Energy Transfer brand throughout Latin America, focusing initially on Panama, Honduras, Belize, and Guatemala. The role will also support growth projects and community engagement efforts in the region.
Applicants must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and possess expertise in media relations, content development, strategy, crisis communications, community relations, and social/digital media. Experience working with C-suite, government officials, and community leaders is required. The candidate will serve as the company spokesperson in Latin America and handle some internal communications.
