Commissioning Engineer I (NORESCO) - Carrier Global Corporation : Job Details

Visit job sites locally as well as across the U.S., testing systems and troubleshooting performance and installation issues. Meet with design and construction teams to review project goals and coordinate commissioning activities throughout project phases. Review project specifications, system designs, and equipment submittals to ensure they align with the owners goals. Create commissioning plans, installation checksheets, and functional performance tests tailored to each project. Lead site inspections to verify installation quality and conformance with construction documents. Execute functional performance testing to confirm systems operate as designed. Analyze energy usage data and BMS trends to assess system performance. Assist with Measurement and Verification (M&V) tasks, such as air and water flow measurements.
