About The Role :

• Commission, start-up, maintain, and service commercial HVAC equipment and systems.
• Read wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to perform necessary work.
• Accurately estimate time and material requirements for repairs and replacements.
• Perform installations of HVAC equipment.
• Demonstrate comprehensive expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
• Provide excellent customer service, including clear communication about services rendered, and interpret and work from specifications, schematics, and building blueprints.

The Ideal Candidate Looks Like :

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
• HVAC Journeyman and/or Master's license.
• Knowledge of control systems.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC experience at the Journeyman level.
• Universal CFC Certification.
• Exceptional organizational skills. HVAC, electrical, and plumbing experience are assets. Ability to work extended shifts.
