As a Commercial Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for performing commercial plumbing repairs and service without the stress of selling plumbing jobs. Work schedule options include Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday. The position includes a two-week training period and annual performance reviews. Technicians are provided with a company vehicle and gas card with the flexibility to begin their service routes from home. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of recent experience in commercial plumbing service and repair.ResponsibilitiesProvide informative customer service to clients with professional conductInstall, repair or replace commercial plumbing fixtures and water heatersProperly diagnose and repair issues with sanitary waste, vent, or potable water pipesService grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps or lift stationsTroubleshoot common commercial plumbing issues on pumps, fixtures, valves, and DWVDiagnose and unclog drains with cable machines, hydro jets, or camera linesSubmit service paperwork with a summary of the work provided after each service appointmentCollaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely mannerDrive and operate company vehicles within department guidelinesWillingness to take on additional duties as needed to support the department Requirements Four years of recent and relevant commercial plumbing experienceValid driver license with no more than two points or driving restrictions on the driving recordAble to pass a pre-employment drug testVerbal and written English literacy for the use of cell phone and mobile email communication Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is a service and construction company providing customer service throughout California and other states.
