The Commercial Order Entry & Title Review Specialist will be responsible for receiving, reviewing and opening all commercial orders and ensuring that the company's third-party underwriting partner has all the property information needed to search for the property. Follow up on questions concerning opening new orders and/or missing information needed for the company's third-party underwriting search partner. Perform all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $17.00 - $24.00 an hour. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
