Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Superintendent located in Georgetown, TX. The Commercial Superintendent will oversee and manage day-to-day operations on commercial roofing projects. Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating, and supervising the work of roofing crews, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, managing materials and resources, and communicating effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial roofing, construction supervision, and project management
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and roofing techniques
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 2-3 years of Commercial Roofing Experience
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficiency with project management software and tools
• Aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications and training are beneficial
