Commercial General Contractor with a 40-year reputation for delivery quality projects is looking for a Construction Superintendent with experience in ground up commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the job site, each of the trades, driving the project schedule and keeping to budget
• Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
• Provide daily reports in Procore and record any observations
• Manage inspections, quality control, materials and punch

Qualifications

• Experience as a Lead Superintendent running ground up commercial construction projects, preferably including restaurant, retail, grocery and office buildings
• Ability to use and provide reports in Procore
• Be based in the greater Atlanta area and willing to travel throughout it
