Blue Owl is seeking an investment professional for a full-time Associate level position focused on supporting the firm's Commercial Solutions Equipment and Software financing strategy.

• Participate in underwriting and execution of investments.
• Involvement across multiple transactions, including due diligence, underwriting, and Investment Committee presentation.
• Assist in the legal documentation process, including drafting term sheets.
• Support efforts to expand the firm's investment strategy in the equipment financing space.
• Oversee existing investments and provide portfolio reporting.
• Manage relationships with borrowers and sourcing counterparties.

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Experience in investment banking, special situations, private credit, private equity, or other relevant investing experience.
• High levels of ownership, drive, and integrity.
• Organized and able to multi-task.

The base annual salary range for this position is $150,000 – $170,000, with potential eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on performance.
