This role requires significant experience in handling complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, commercial leasing, and especially real estate finance. The ideal candidate will have a background representing borrowers and/or lenders and be comfortable managing deals from start to finish.QualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience in commercial real estate transactionsStrong lending experience, including loan origination, refinancing, and restructuringExcellent drafting, negotiation, and client service skillsActive license to practice in Massachusetts (required)High preference for candidates with an existing book of business or strong industry connections and a demonstrated interest in developing oneThis is a unique opportunity to join a highly focused team where autonomy, client access, and entrepreneurial spirit are valued.
