At Waypoint, our Property Managers are hands-on stewards of their portfolios, building relationships, solving problems, and overseeing every aspect of operations. You'll be directly involved in tenant relations, lease administration, budgeting, maintenance coordination, and capital projects for your properties. You'll see the direct results of your work and know the difference you're making for both owners and tenants.
What You'll Do
- Build strong tenant and owner relationships with timely, transparent communication.
- Manage leases, rent collection, and certificates of insurance.
- Oversee vendor contracts, maintenance, and property inspections.
- Prepare and manage budgets, capital projects, and financial reports.
- Drive operational efficiency and contribute to company-wide goals.

- Properties maintained at the highest standard with proactive issue prevention.
- Owners and tenants feeling confident, informed, and valued.
- Service requests resolved promptly and professionally.
What You'll Bring
- 3–5 years of commercial property management experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- A team-first mindset, integrity, and positive energy.
Compensation
- $65,000–$80,000/year DOE
- Full-time role with competitive benefits and growth potential.
