Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Property Manager located in Hollywood, FL. We are seeking a proactive and organized Commercial Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of commercial properties. This role is responsible for ensuring the properties are well-maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently, while maintaining positive relationships with tenants and vendors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and experienced in handling property-level issues in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience in commercial property management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi) is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.
