Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of office and retail properties in Bellevue, Washington. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a proven ability to manage day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, and financial forecasting. The ideal candidate will excel at maintaining positive relationships with tenants while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and financial standards.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the management of approximately 400,000 square feet of office and retail properties in Washington State.Handle all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, vendor coordination, and tenant communications.Conduct regular property inspections, ensuring monthly visits and additional inspections based on specific property needs.Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant-landlord communications, fostering positive and productive relationships.Monitor tenant accounts receivable balances and ensure timely and accurate payments.Collaborate with the Asset Manager to implement lease agreements and renewal terms.Create and maintain annual budgets by forecasting requirements, analyzing variances, and communicating updates with the Asset Manager.Track and report variances in expenses and budgets, obtaining approvals and addressing tenant concerns to prevent disputes.Prepare monthly project notes to accompany financial reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.Ensure compliance with insurance, financial, and regulatory standards for all managed properties.The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management, specifically with commercial office and retail spaces.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Yardi, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reconciliations.
- Familiarity with lease agreements, tenant-landlord communications, and vendor management.
- Ability to develop budgets, forecast financial needs, and analyze variances.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- A valid real estate license.
- Expertise in compliance with financial and regulatory standards.
