Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Property Manager for a 150,000+ sf office building located in Miami, FL. The Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for lease administration, negotiations, overseeing communication with tenants, managing leases, and property management tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Lease Administration, Lease Negotiations, and Property Management skills
• Experience in managing commercial real estate leases
• Knowledge of property management best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively with different departments within the organization
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• Professional certification such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) is a plus
