The role involves performing scheduled procedures to ensure efficient operation and fiscal control, aligning with core practices and audit standards, and executing value-enhancing plans as outlined in annual and CAPEX budgets. Responsibilities also include preparing annual and CAPEX budgets, collaborating with the accounting department on CAM reconciliations, developing long-term repair plans, and generating monthly budget variance reports, all aimed at minimizing expenditures and maximizing revenue.
