This can be a part time or full-time role for the right candidate as a commercial property/general property lawyer at Larcomes Legal Limited. The property lawyer will be responsible for various day-to-day transactional case management tasks, legal document drafting and preparation, correspondence and communications with clients and other legal professionals, exchange of contracts formalities and completion formalities. The work will cover general property transactions, conveyancing, leases and land transactions, as well as commercial property and business premises transaction.
