JCW has partnered with a local community bank in their search for a Commercial Portfolio Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong credit background and experience managing a CRE/ C&I portfolio. Responsibilities:

• Role will include underwriting new/ existing deals, portfolio maintenance, and communicating with customers daily.
• Work closely with Lending Officers, ensuring timely and accurate financial data.
• Review comprehensive credit risks and mitigations in succinct credit proposals for approval authorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of portfolio management experience in a banking setting.
• Experience in underwriting, credit analysis, and/ or spreading financials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
