Commercial Operation Expert provides account management and operational support to the Business Development team, assisting with external sales and marketing activities. Collaborating with Production, Logistics, and Finance teams, the role involves managing daily customer service operations to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction. The focus is on proactive account management and systematic LTC management to facilitate deal closing and project fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily operations for Business Development, including preparing quotations, placing orders, overseeing material transfers, and coordinating payments.Manage contracts, including review, approval, signing, and archiving processes.Engage in customer management, coordinate onsite visits and audits, and maintain effective communication.Collaborate with Solution BD and Commercial BD; prepare reports and analysis, and manage information on Confluence.Work with internal teams to optimize Lead-to-Cash workflow and support sustainable growth.Coordinate with Marketing and IT to ensure platform performance and propose system improvements.Qualifications:
BA or MS in life sciences.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly.Detail-oriented team player capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Background in therapeutic antibody or gene & cell therapy is a plus.#LW
