• Participate in the development and execution of sales and marketing plans
• Meet annual sales goals and performance targets
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
• Network with local business groups and referral partners
• Conduct prospect/client calls and in-person meetings
• Complete all required applications and documentation thoroughly before submission
• Collaborate with management and provide regular updates
• Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
• Assist with special projects as needed

What we need from you:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or an Associate's degree with relevant business experience
• Prior experience in commercial or personal lines insurance preferred

Licensing Requirements:

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
