The Commercial Lines Account Executive will retain and grow business by servicing and managing client and prospective client relationships by collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve client satisfaction, and drive new business opportunities. How You Will Contribute: Establish, cultivate, and manage customer relations with client and prospective decision-makers, as well as professional relationships with carrier partners, and internal resources throughout the organizationIdentify gaps in coverage and advising current clients/assist producers with options; as well as work through complex coverage needsEnsure matters are tended to in relation to the assigned book of business.Manage the renewal process for all assigned clients including the facilitation of renewal pricing as well as preparing and delivering the renewal proposals and bindersSupport sales team with implementation of new clientsEnsure internal compliance and client disclosure requirements, policies, endorsements, and certificates are in alignment with client expectations and legal requirementsCreate and present educational materials for value-add services to clients and prospectsGrow book of business through referrals and cross-sellingSupport training initiatives for new service and sales teammatesPerform other duties as assignedLicenses and Certifications: Valid Insurance license.Professional Designation specific to area of specialty (ie, ARM, CIC, RPLU)Skills & Experience to Be Successful: College Degree in a business-related field.7+ years' experience in the insurance industry, or a related fieldProficient knowledge of insurance coverages, contracts, and state regulations where business is conductedProficient knowledge in Microsoft Windows environment, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Power Point, and Publisher.Able to create, edit, and merge letters, spreadsheets, labels, etc.Proficient knowledge of the use of office equipment (including but not limited to copy machines, printers, faxes, binding machines, etc.)Teammate Benefits & Total Well-BeingWe go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:Health Benefits: Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance Financial Benefits: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement Mental Health & Wellness: Free Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy ServicesBeyond Benefits: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more.
