This position provides direction and supervision for all enhancement projects and crews, ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive workforce that delivers industry-leading quality and horticultural expertise.

Note: This role is based in San Marcos and will oversee renovation projects within the San Diego Market. A company-paid take-home vehicle is included in the compensation package.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Hiring, training, and directing enhancement crew members and leaders
• Managing labor and job coding for accurate timekeeping
• Implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedures
• Collaborating with Account Managers, Operations Managers, and clients to schedule and coordinate enhancements
• Establishing and adhering to budgets covering labor, materials, and equipment
• Creating and managing schedules for enhancements, including materials, personnel, and equipment
• Managing material acquisition, installation, and work execution to meet quality standards
• Supporting branch objectives of quality, retention, growth, and profitability

Qualifications include:

• 5+ years of hands-on renovations/enhancement management experience in the commercial landscape industry
• 2 or 4-year college degree in a related field or 2-3 years of landscape/horticulture experience managing crews
• 3+ years of customer service, sales, and communication experience
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including proposal and bid presentation
• Experience in consultative sales for additional services
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred

Salary Range:

• $83,000 - $93,000 per year (varies based on skills, experience, and location)
• Annual bonus potential based on branch and individual performance
